Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take?+

Most projects close in 1–3 weeks from launch — that's how long it usually takes raters to respond. The subject can complete their self-assessment in about 15 minutes; raters take 10–15 minutes each.

Is rater feedback anonymous?+

Yes. Individual rater responses are aggregated by group (supervisors, peers, direct reports) so no specific person can be identified in the report. Supervisor feedback is shown by role (Boss 1, Boss 2) since the leader knows who they report to, but never with names attached.

How many raters does the subject need?+

We recommend at least three per category (peers, direct reports, etc.) — that's the threshold below which a category doesn't get its own breakdown in the report (their input is still rolled into the overall score). More is better; five to seven per category is ideal.

Can I customize the survey?+

The standardized Leadership Mosaic items are locked because changing wording would break comparisons to our benchmark of leaders from other organizations. You can add custom open-ended questions for $25.00 each (up to 5 per survey). For anything else, click Request Assistance in the dashboard and the team will help.

What does the debrief include?+

A 90-minute 1:1 video session with an executive coach who walks the subject through their full report — interpreting themes, surfacing strengths and growth edges, and helping plan specific next steps. Once a survey with a debrief launches, your coach reaches out directly to schedule.

Can I buy for multiple people at once?+

Yes. On the form below, choose how many surveys you want. After checkout you'll set each one up for the right subject — yourself, a teammate, a whole leadership team.

What happens after I pay?+

Stripe sends you a receipt by email. We auto-create your account using the email you provided, sign you in, and drop you into a setup wizard where you assign each survey to its subject and launch when ready.

Refunds?+

We'll refund any unused surveys that haven't been launched. Once a survey has gone out to raters we can't refund it. Email info@gothamculture.com to request a refund.
