What is the Culture Mosaic?

A short survey (about 10 minutes per employee) that measures how your people experience your culture across the four things that matter most: how the organization adapts to change, how leadership inspires the team, how well you deliver on your work, and how the culture enables people to do their best. Because the questions are the same in every survey we run, your results line up against other organizations — so you see how you actually compare, not just a score.

What if my organization is bigger than 250 people?+

Self-serve checkout is available for organizations up to 250 respondents. For larger organizations, email info@gothamculture.com and we'll quote you within a business day.

What's a Demographic Report?+

A Demographic Report is a breakdown of your headline results — for example, dimension scores by gender, tenure band, function, or location. Each one covers one configured cut and you can mix and match demographics. Buy as many as you want at checkout or after launch.

What add-on subscales are available?+

Four self-serve subscales are available at $1,200 each: Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Accessibility, Resilience. Each adds its items to the survey and a dedicated section to the report. Pick any combination at checkout or enable them later from the survey settings.

Can I customize the survey?+

The standardized Culture Mosaic items are locked because changing wording would break comparisons to the normative pool. You can add up to 5 custom open-ended questions for $1,100.00 each at checkout or from the survey builder. Need more than 5? Contact a gC admin.

How long do I have to launch?+

You have 2 months from your sign-up date to launch the survey. After 2 months an unlaunched survey expires; if that happens to you, email us and we'll sort it out.

What does the executive readout include?+

A 90-minute MS Teams session with a gothamCulture consultant who walks your team through the full report — interpreting themes, highlighting strengths and growth edges, and helping plan specific next steps.

What happens after I pay?+

Stripe sends you a receipt by email. We auto-create your account using the email you provided, sign you in, and drop you into a setup wizard where you name your engagement, capture any custom questions you bought, and choose which subscales to enable.

Refunds?+

We'll refund any unused engagement that hasn't been launched. Once a survey has gone out to respondents we can't refund it. Email info@gothamculture.com to request a refund.
